Forged elements – a great many. To make the ignorant customer easier to understand this diversity, the specifics of the forged elements are conditionally divided into types.
1. Balusters. To create pillars, racks and balusters, use many small details that make up a plant ornament with the image of leaves, grapes, flowers. To give the product of an intricate and exotic type, rings and chains of various styles are used.
2. Handrails adorning their elements, pillars for fences. Curled endings give the grants of grace. The individuality of the customer is emphasized by expressive columns. Different types of ornament are also used here, but more moderate than in balusters.
3. Hemispheres, leaves, flowers, rivets, overlays. These elements are decorated with balcony railing, fences, doors, gates.
Gates, gratings, fences are decorated with balls, baskets, rivets, peaks. So that the products look like a noble antiques, they are covered with special colors.
In addition to steel, duralumin products are very popular. No wonder: duralumin have a lot of advantages:
1. Corrosion is not susceptible. In other words: do not rust. So, durable.
2. In terms of strength, they are little inferior to other metals, while it is much easier.
3. Products used not inside, but in open areas, at the request of the customer are covered with special protective varnish, which is indifferent to any weather conditions.
4. Painting is not obligatory, except for refreshment or to give the appearance “under the old days”. At the same time, iron designs are mandatory, because moisture is the death of iron, and sooner or later such structures will be destroyed.
