Plastering walls.

In order to perform this work, cement-sand and lime cement-sand mortar are mainly used. Their use depends on the type of room and its humidity. So for ordinary dry rooms, a cement-sand mortar is used, and for rooms with high humidity it is better to use a lime solution.

The plaster itself is divided into several classes, namely:

1. Plater plaster is plastering walls with a repetition of its main parameters, inclination and others. That is, the wall is not aligned to an ideal state.

2. Plaster under a rule is a frequently used type of plaster, especially if it is a household premises of a secondary purpose that does not require “ideal” walls. But this plaster of a higher class than the previously described.

3. Lighthouse plaster is the highest level of plastering work. Since alignment occurs on all planes, and the wall is ideal.

But you should know, after the plastering work, the walls still need to be puttled, since the resulting surface has high granularity. And if you immediately glue the wallpaper, small pins from sand will appear on them. Do not forget to buy working gloves on the site .

Another point that needs to be taken into account. If the masonry of the walls is performed poorly and it is supposed to apply a large layer of solution. Then it is necessary to reinforce the walls with a special plaster metal mesh, which will hold all layers of the mortar mixture.
