When the construction of the house and the arrangement of the personal plot is completed, many will want to relax in the evening and with pleasure to sit behind a cup of tea from a real samovar on the veranda, where notes of freshness and evening smells of flowers will fly.
It is not difficult to build a veranda, since its design is light and the veranda does not need insulation, because it is used only in the warm season. However, if you take care of heating and glaze it, then the veranda can be used in the cold season. In Yarad can adjoin the house or be located separately.
The foundation for the veranda is quite columnar made of brick. Pillars are made for all corner racks. The pit under the pillars is rummaged to a depth of about one meter, sand is poured at the bottom 30 cm, then the concrete base and brick pillar. After covering the pillars with bitumen, voids are covered with gravel or gravel.
The frame of the veranda is made from the bars. On the basis of the pillars, the lower binding is performed, the compounds are made, the so -called “unmarked”, with a direct lock. Then the lags are cut into which the floor will be covered. PAZs are made for racks, fastened them with nails and can be additionally strengthened with brackets. At the top on the racks, make the upper strapping and rafters, the ends of which are attached to a horizontal beam under the slope of the roof.
The roof for the veranda is allowed to make more gentle than for the house, the material for the flooring can be the same, or a steel sheet, ondulin or tile. The disadvantages of Ondulin make other materials more attractive. First, the crate is made to the rafters attached boards, and then you can lay the roof from rolled material or steel sheet. Rolled coating requires a continuous crate, the boards need to be well fitted to each other. For a roof from a steel sheet, you can also perform a continuous crate.
To complete the veranda, it remains only to install windows, walls and doors. The veranda can be made open, or glaze it. To install windows, mount the window board at a distance of 60-70 cm from the floor, fix it on the racks. The window block is inserted into the opening and nailed with nails to the window sill, then the platbands are nailed so that the cracks are not visible.
The final bar will be the interior decoration of the veranda and the arrangement of interior items. Convenient soft sofas or rattan furniture, hanging pots with flowers – that’s all that is needed for a pleasant pastime on the veranda built by your own hands.
