Carpentry screws.

Fasteners.

In most cases, it is better to use nails not nails, but screws to fasten the parts. They give more durable compounds, which is important for products that will be in the open air and expose moisture and temperature fluctuations. As a result, the wood expands and compresses, and over time, the nails come out, while the screw cutting of the screws firmly holds them in the tree. In addition, screws are not so demanding in work. If something needs to be adjusted, it is easier to unscrew the screws than to pull out a nail. General rule: fasten the supporting structural elements and parts of the frame with long screws, and use smaller screws and an attractive appearance for finishing work.

Separate projects require the use of long piano loops, named so because they were invented to attach the piano cover. Such loops do not need nests, and since they are quite thin, they are well suited for attaching to boards with a thickness of 20 mm. Royal loops are sold in most stores selling hardware, and several standard sizes are produced. To cut the loops purchased to the size you need, use the metal hacksaw.
