In Soviet times, they tried to build houses in several floors even in the villages, the so -called “urban type”, and in the meantime, the party elite built herself suburban cottages and mansions, and modestly called them dachas.

In the entire post-Soviet space in the 90s, a real boom began, when hundreds of thousands of citizens rushed to take plots and build breathtaking buildings on them, some of them still flaunt their unfinished skeletons.

However, at the turn of the millennia in Russia there has been a demand for not just single houses outside the city line, but for entire cottage villages, and on such exotic types of housing as estates and town house.

Today, suburban housing is gaining popularity. Moreover, a cottage or a country house is no longer perceived as a summer residence, but a quite permanent place of residence. If you believe sociologists, then more than half of our fellow citizens would like to change their urban housing to the house outside the city.

The leading experts in the field of suburban real estate are about the same, this housing market is currently almost the most promising in Russia. Moreover, experts argue that the country’s country of suburban real estate is included in their new stage of development, transforming from the “customer” to the “offers market”.

A similar situation leads developers to rather harsh competition, although the ordinary consumer is only at the hand, since the quality of the cottages becomes only better, and the sentences are more diverse. Experts are convinced that in the near future the demand for cottages and suburban mansions will only increase, however, the prices for them will also rise. Therefore, its own cottage, built today, can bring to life not only long -standing dreams, but to become a very profitable investment of finance.

Experts emphasize that the “palaces” of the early 90s are gradually leaving for the past. The area of ​​modern country houses in cottage towns gradually decreases, and strives for 250-350 square meters. Approximately 60 percent of domestic buyers show their interest in houses not higher than two floors, and the area of ​​the house plot should be no more than 40 acres.

If the matter goes further in this vein, then construction companies will soon be more profitable and cheaper to build small houses in cottage villages than high -rise buildings in sleeping areas.
