Often during the construction of the floors, fasteners of plywood are required for concrete. One way to attach plywood to concrete is a water -based one -component glue. It is the most environmentally friendly way, is sold in the form of a powder, which is prepared to a primer state. This method requires thoroughly drying the glue for 2 weeks, and the plywood must be fixed with a dowel-clavings in an amount of at least 10-15 pieces per plywood sheet.
Another method is the use of glue, which basically has a solvent. The drying process itself will be much faster, about 4-5 days. Before using this method, a special primer should be applied to impregnate concrete. The disadvantage of this method is that there will be a sharp and unpleasant odor. When gluing plywood, it is recommended to fix the sheets again with the dowel-clavics.
Another method for gluing to concrete exists using two -component glue. Epoxy or polyurethane primer is used to impregnate concrete. Glue is used in an amount of 1.5 kg per square meter. Glue dries for 2 days. Fastening with nails in this situation is not required.
