Steel panel radiators

Steel is a material widely used in the production of radiators. Steel is produced as sectional and panel radiators and pipes. Most experts agree that the use of steel panel radiators in local heating systems is one of the best solutions.

Panel radiators are stamped from sheet steel with a thickness of less than 1.25 mm. Sheets are connected by welding, between which the channels are formed for the passage of the coolant. Vertical channels are connected by two horizontal collectors on the upper and lower part of the sheet. Do not forget to order wall painting after installing the radiator, this service is cheap.

One, two or three panels can be connected in the battery, forming one panel, two panels and three radiator panels. It is good that with an increase in the number of panels improve the efficiency of heat transfer from the radiator. The variety of panel radiators is considered the convector panel, in which there is a profiled sheet made of thin steel to increase the heat load. This additional surface of heat transfer forms channels along which the premises are heated due to air convection.

The specifics of the construction and design of steel panel radiators avoids excessive dust accumulation. This makes them suitable for office and residential premises.
