Stress of life

Stress is an integral part of human existence. You need to be able to distinguish the permissible degree of stress and great stress. This is a common and frequent occurring phenomenon. Stress causes psychological or physiological stresses. We include ulcers, migraines, arthritis, hypertension, heart pain, asthma to physiological signs. Psychological: loss of appetite, a person becomes irritable, depression appears. All this affects health. Stresses are caused by various factors that are associated with personal life, work, organization of organization. Consider some of them.

1. Small load at work or overload, gave a task that needs to be completed in a short period of time. What we have? There is anxiety, frustration, a feeling of hopelessness.

2. Role conflict. This conflict appears when the employee is conflicting the requirements. Example: Two managers can give conflicting instructions, one can increase the production of products, the other can observe quality standards.

3. The uncertainty of roles. Uncertainty when a person does not know what is expected from him. The employee must clearly know what to do, how to do, and how they will evaluate.

4. Work that is uninteresting to you. Studies have shown that for people who are interested in their work, there are less concern, and they are less prone to physical ailments. But notice the views of everyone different, on the concept, interesting work without experience. For some it is interesting or boring, for others the opposite opinion.

5. Other factors of stress. These are poor physical conditions (room temperature, lighting, noise), powers and responsibility, poor exchange of information.
