The kid eats poorly? It’s too early to worry.

Have you ever had to see your child sitting at a table with a sour face? At the same time, you constantly have an obsessive thought: “The child eats poorly”. I think yes. Apparently, not one happy parents escaped this fate. We are constantly worried that our baby is hungry, we are trying to feed him with all the “truth” and “by crook”. Or maybe you should not do it? Maybe that the child ate is enough for him? Let’s figure it out better.

Before panic, understand, your child is not the only one who is “picking” in a plate. Most of the children are such “bricks”. Dear grandmothers, do not force the baby to eat everything that you have prepared with such love, and in no case be offended if the child is not finished. After all, this may subsequently affect his weight, and God forbid, to obesity. Do not forget that children eat not only during breakfast, lunch or dinner, but also between them. And perhaps they have enough of this.

No need to scold the child for the fact that he does not eat “the very power”. Otherwise, eating for him will be associated with negative emotions.

Cute mothers, it is better to limit the number of dishes offered to the child, otherwise it will be completely confused from such a variety and it will be very difficult to choose. Probably, do not cook the child separately. Thus, you will unload yourself a little and do not let your child get a rope. Of course, this is if there are no contraindications.

Praise the baby for behaving well at the table, holds a dining room correctly and generally clever. This will give an additional incentive to the baby to please his mother, that is, to eat something. You can play with your child in cooks. The kid will be involved in cooking and the likelihood that he wants to try his “masterpiece” will increase.

Dear parents, if your child eats poorly, or it seems to you that there is not enough, but at the same time he is “standing on your head”, do not panic. So everything is in order. If your fears are unnecessary and due to the fact that the baby is in the absence of appetite, he grows poorly, sluggish and does not show interest, then, of course, you need to sound the alarm and turn to specialists.

Good luck in raising your children!
