Floor structures.
Traditionally, during construction, a number of floor designs are used, which have established characteristics and properties. This is a mineral screed, a concrete screed with toping, fiber concrete, polymer flooring, ceramic border and ceramic tiles, false floor, warm floor, linoleum and so on. Of course, when arranging any gender, one of its main elements is the basis. The base is what needs to be done before the formation of the final surface of the floor. It must meet the type of the selected surface.
In low -rise buildings, the lower base is either the base on the ground or the bearing base.
The base on the ground, as a rule, is a reinforced concrete slab, which is poured on the spot. The bearing base
It is a cast reinforced concrete or prefabricated plate or design made of concrete or easily concrete parts. In the event that industrial floors are installed, then they are poured directly on top of it, almost without additional preparation, therefore, the prices of industrial floors are lower than the rest. The rest of the floors are usually installed on a wooden base. This is the so -called “draft floor”, where the supporting part of the floor structure consists of wooden beams. They can be made of glued wood, glued or gluenofaneric lumber or hybrid structures, for example, wooden beams, surrounded by plywood or stiff plates.
Flooring of cottages between floors, which are also the basis of the floor, are usually the same. That is, either with rocky slabs or wooden beams. There are also other options for the bases, but they are used much less often.
For fasteners and installations of thin flooring, such as, for example, linoleum, tiles, plank parquet, the basis on the slabs is used as the base. In addition to the fact that it can be filled with a floor structure, it is suitable for attaching a beast and mosaic parquet. A slab base is made of building plates, which are laid on top of the load -bearing plate or beams. In this case, almost any construction slabs are used. There are special scalded plates of a certain thickness designed for such purposes. When high humidity is in the room, it will be more advisable to use moisture resistant slabs to base the floor. The slab base can be used as an additional floor design to improve its sound insulation. It can be installed in such a way that it is at some distance from the supporting structure, and isolate the material that will absorb the sound. In this case, the floor is called floating.
